The function as statutory auditing body is currently being reorganised. With effect from 2007, a completely new auditing law, as well as an auditing supervision law, will change the landscape of traditional auditing. Corporate Law (Code of Obligations) will be subjected to massive changes which will have a direct effect on stock-corporation-law auditing.

As two of our staff have the special qualification, we are also in a position to carry out special audits, such as with transformations, formations with non-cash contributions, reductions in capital and mergers.
